The minneapolis_home_prices.csv file contains data on single family homes sold in Minneapolis between 2010 and 2015 from the Assessor’s Office of the City of Minneapolis.

The subs.csv file contains data on WWII submarine war patrols in the Atlantic and Pacific from Clay Blair’s “Silent Victory”. I am still tracking down original sources and validating so these data should be used with caution.

The doughboys.csv file contains ratings of fast food chain restaurants from the doughboys audio podcast taken from Doughkipedia. Tournament-style episodes and ratings not of chain restaurants are excluded.
The top words favored by Mitch in food orders compared to Nick (in descending order of Mitchiness) are: diet, coke, pepsi, cherry, lemonade, juice, white, animal, punch, chocolate, french, large, tomato, chicken, mashed, cocacola, orange, half, strawberry, cool.
The top words favored by Nick in food orders compared to Mitch (in descending order of Nickiness) are: fruit, milkshake, caesar, salad, smoothie, peanut, vanilla, bean, soup, guacamole, ham, red, chopped, chili, cornbread, bleu, tropical, country, blue, and greens.
